Lester Hernandez

Lester is Personal Trainer certified by the Manitoba Fitness Council and holds a degree in Kinesiology and Applied Health from the University of Winnipeg

Lester has worked in the fitness industry for 16 years; and, the last 12 years has been Personal Training and Group Training. He’s been privileged to work with a diverse range of clients, from general exercisers seeking to improve their overall fitness to amateur boxers and professional MMA fighters aiming for peak performance. His expertise extends to training youth soccer teams, figure skaters, ringette players, and baseball athletes.

Before coaching, Lester was a client that didn’t have an athletic background or an understanding of fitness. He learned from a coach and that experience, along with his education and experience, has been very valuable when helping clients reach their goals.

Ryan Bobychuk

Ryan holds a University of Manitoba Bachelor of Kinesiology (B.Kin) is a certified personal trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT).

Ryan is known for his personable and professional approach. His path to personal training was inspired by his experiences with sports and volunteering at a Physiotherapy clinic in high school. Ryan’s academic journey led him to discover his true passion for personal training. He enjoys the challenge of creating individualized training plans, viewing each client as a unique puzzle to solve. Ryan's dedication to helping clients achieve their goals is driven by his own commitment to physical challenge and self-improvement.

Ryan’s interest in strength training and education have lead him to pursue the following certification overall the last several years which has informed his personal pursuits in fitness and strength training as well as those of his clients:

Steel Mace Flow Level 1 Coach (SMF Level 1)
Strong First Level 1 Kettlebell Trained

Ryan has worked for 6+ years in the fitness industry, personal training, performance sports training (hockey, football, basketball, volleyball), instructing group classes, and rehab aid services.

Ryan is a former hockey player and has a long history of strength training. His current training focus is geared towards Kettlebells, Steel Mace, Exercise Sandbag Training, Trail Running, and Ultra Running.
